OLE 2026 Beach Volleyball Tournament

1. General Information

The OLE'26 beach volleyball tournament will take place on June 20 in Palanga at the OŠIA venue. The tournament will be held in a 4×4 format and is intended for amateur and friend teams looking to spend a fun and active day by the seaside. Up to 12 teams will participate.

2. Registration

The participation fee is €10 per person or €40 per team. A team is considered officially registered only after the full team fee has been paid. The fee is non-refundable in case of non-attendance. You can register by purchasing a team ticket or on the day of the tournament if fewer than 12 teams have registered in advance.

3. Format and Rules

The tournament is played in a 4×4 format. Teams may have one substitute player, though this is not mandatory. Substitutions are allowed between sets or in the event of an injury. A total of 12 teams will participate and will be randomly divided during registration into 4 groups (A–D) of 3 teams each. During the group stage, each team will play two matches. The top two teams from each group will advance to the playoffs. The playoff stage will follow a quarterfinal format — 8 teams will compete for a place in the semifinals, followed by the third-place match and the final. Group stage and playoff matches are played to 15 points. The final is played to 21 points. Teams switch sides every 5 points. If teams in a group finish with the same number of wins, standings will be determined by: Head-to-head result; Point ratio; Point difference. Net height: 2.35 m. Teams are allowed up to 3 touches per attack. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and safety during the event. By participating in the tournament, all participants agree to these rules.

4. Schedule

14:00–15:00 — Registration and warm-up 15:00–16:15 — Group stage (3 blocks) 16:15–16:45 — Break 16:45–17:10 — Quarterfinals 17:10–17:35 — Semifinals 17:35–18:00 — Matches for 5th–8th place 18:00–18:25 — Third-place match + Final 18:30–19:00 — Awards ceremony 19:00–21:00 — Open/free play The organizers reserve the right to adjust the schedule depending on weather conditions or tournament progress.

5. Prizes

1st Place – Invitations to OLE 2027 for the entire team + gifts from Jägermeister and Red Bull. 2nd Place – Balcia accident insurance for the entire team + gifts from Jägermeister and Red Bull. 3rd Place – Gifts from Jägermeister and Red Bull.
